About Henry “Hank” Dunn

I retired after nearly 40 years in higher education, having predominantly worked in community colleges with my last two positions as president of two different community colleges. Since that time I have focused my efforts on helping to build affordable housing in Florida. With two partners, we established a non-profit company, Provident Housing Solutions, to build affordable housing units throughout Central Florida. Our goal is to provide high-quality, lower-cost rental units to families who are seeking to save money so that they may eventually buy a home to establish their own long-term stability.

I have had my Florida real estate license for about 10 years and enjoy serving individuals and families who are looking for competent, personalized attention in the home-buying process. My extended family has been in Florida for several generations since the 1920s. My wife, Darlene is a retired family law attorney and school teacher. We have been married for 48 years, with three children and two grandchildren. I am active in my church and look forward to helping families in the Apopka or Central Florida area meet their housing search and buying needs.
