Bryan Berns is a respected real estate broker and partner in Firelight Realty. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Bryan has built a reputation for exceptional customer service, deep knowledge of the local market, and success in helping agents and clients achieve their real estate goals. In addition to co-founding Firelight Realty, Bryan is the Broker/Owner of Local Choice Realty, a 100% commission real estate brokerage in Orlando. Bryan currently holds a Florida Real Estate Broker's License, a B.S. in International Business, and an M.B.A. in International Business.
Steve Newburg
Agent Manager/Co-Founder
Steve Newburg, brings over 30 years of real estate experience to the team. Steve's expertise spans brokerage operations, property management, apartment and rental locating, and referrals. Prior to co-founding Firelight Realty, Steve was a partner at Perfect New Place, an apartment locating firm headquartered in Orlando. Steve holds an active Florida Real Estate License and an M.B.A. from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
